This adorable vacation house that has been recently remodeled has 3 bedrooms 2 full baths with a screened lanai that is perfect to sip your coffee while watching the golden sunset views of the lake. On cool nights, light up the fire pit with logs from the nearby rack.
Take full advantage of the beautiful Florida weather by swimming in the spring fed water and sandy bottoms of Lake Grassy. Whether you're a family wanting to get away, a group of buddies on a fishing retreat, or old friends looking to relax this lake allows you to water skiing, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, or boating.
There are two restaurants within 15 minutes from the house – Morty/ Edna’s craft kitchen and Dock 633. There are several wineries and breweries in the area as well as a quaint downtown area that holds a weekly Saturday Morning Farmer's market. Lake placid's downtown is growing with very cute local restaurants and shops as well as a 30 min ride to Sebring. We are 2 hours from Orlando if you want to hed to the theme parks
